Marble, marbled paper… and granite! We might be just a tiny bit biased, but we think this is one of the most gorgeous stationery collections we’ve ever put together…
The stunning marbled cover of the Charfleet Book Bindery notebook is just beautiful and has a wonderfully tactile finish. A mixture of lined, dot grid and plain paper inside makes this a very lovely book.
The 9th in our occasional series of Spotlight Stationery pocket notebooks also features a marbled paper cover, and has plain paper and a stitched binding.
Rani, the owner of Paper Mirchi, marbles recycled paper and uses it to make a range of beautiful stationery products. We’ve featured her notebooks in a previous collection and these greetings cards are a perfect fit here.
Not marble but the pattern on these pencils from Spanish brand Octaevo reminds us of the mica crystals found in polished granite. What do you think?
The lovely colours, including a metallic ink, in pens from Pentel and Stabilo complement the notebook covers beautifully.
Instead of young illustrators, for April we featured the work of a friend of ours, Mike Flanders. His oil paintings are quite beautiful you can see more of his work on his website, www.flandersart.co.uk.
Once again, this collection sold out completely but you can find others in our shop.
